How to Enroll

A. SELECT the date on which you want your name recorded in the official register of the Knights of Mary, preferably a Marian feast day, and fill out the form below.

B. ON THE DAY of your Knights of Mary enrollment, we recommend you attend Holy Mass (if possible) and consecrate yourself to Mary in the form below... Give yourself wholeheartedly to Our Lady to let the Holy Spirit guide you on the path to chastity and sanctity with her!

Note for those already consecrated to Our Lady according to the formula of St. Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort or any other formula: On your chosen day of enrollment in the Knights of Mary, renew your consecration in the formula below.

Implore Our Lady and St. Michael to show you how you may serve the Lord as an instrument of love and mercy in your life and be ready to share with everyone the gift you have received.

***Once you have filled out the form and you pray the Act of Consecration in the formula given below (on the day which you specified in your enrollment form) you are officially a Knight of Mary of the First Degree. If you wish to graduate to a higher degree please contact us and speak with the Grand Knight.***

Please note that enrollment in the Knights of Mary is a personal decision that may only be made by the person who enrolls. For this reason, no one can enroll someone else without his or her understanding and consent.

MOST Holy Mary, Virgin Mother of God, I N., most unworthy though I am to be thy servant, yet encouraged by thy motherly care for me and longing to serve thee, do, in the presence of my guardian angel and all the court of heaven, choose thee this day to be my queen, my advocate and my mother, and I firmly purpose to serve thee evermore myself and to do what I can that all may render faithful service to thee.

Therefore, most devoted Mother, through the Precious Blood thy Son poured out for me, I beg thee and beseech thee, deign to take me among thy clients especially as a Marian Knight of the Holy Face of Jesus and receive me as thy servant forever. Aid me in my every action, and beg for me the grace never, by word or by deed or thought, to be displeasing in thy sight and that of thy most holy Son.
